It's interesting what you said in your profile about looking for validation. That's what photoblogs are all about it seems and you must already know that this photo is stunning. Red is my favourit colour and you have captured it in all it's nuances and natural beauty.

I disagree with Shuva, I think the image is great. Shuva's complaint is solely a function of taste. This image does not violate any "rules" of photography or aesthetics, even if you believe in such things.
